I’m not well-enough to go to events as of yet, but I’m starting to prepare in hopes that the new year will allow me to partake in something. This is great information, didn’t know about C02 monitoring!

My husband has long covid, with 1/3 of his lungs not able to function. He was told he must avoid reinfection. So to celebrate with his three sons, we met in the afternoon at one of their apartments, in between lunch and dinner. We ate our snacks out on the balcony. And we enjoyed talking with them with our N95 masks on the rest of the time. We did something similar at our house with my son and his wife, but no food, and everyone wore masks. We made a special dinner of chicken au poivre and pumpkin dumplings, because we don’t eat out at restaurants, unless we can eat outside, but in Iowa in the winter, that’s not really comfortable. We decide to limit interaction with other people because if we don’t, getting Covid would just make everything so bad.

Thank you for your Substack and podcast, Zeest, I feel the opportunities for those of us with long Covid the opportunity to connect and thrive as much as possible and that brings me hope. That is missing in our community in Iowa.

Could some Long Covid be a misattribution of Long Covid Jabs, Doctor?
