I have been on 500mg bid for a year now. I started it with my second Covid infection, hoping I could prevent worsening of my long Covid. Unfortunately, it did not help with that. Even though I don’t notice a benefit, I am staying on due to the development of borderline pre-diabetes secondary to my long Covid. Hoping to go off soon if I can find a way to get a GLP -1 (my BMI is too low and I’m not a full-blown diabetic).
