What an excellent and helpful post. Thank you so much. I have been living with long covid for over two years now and, as most doctors had no idea what to do, neither did I. The information about feeling like you are having a panic attack is so helpful for me. Fortunately I found a doctor in Dublin who is helping me. I have always had elevated histamine so simply taking a product called Histaquell is making a big difference. I am also on a protocol of Cellcore products to help with digestion and my appetite. Pacing has been the big issue for me and PEM, but I'm adjusting, it's tricky. I am also doing the Gupta Program which helps in the 'reasons why we develop' certain conditions. It's based on Internal Family Systems work but, in a nutshell, if your nerves are shot, you may be more likely to develop lingering conditions like LC. As you said, many patients are achievers. It's very interesting. I'm finding it helpful. Thank you for this and for doing this work. The gaslighting can be very isolating.

Can Covid cause narcolepsy? Or trigger it?
